Hello Everyone

I hope your summer is kicking off to wonderful adventures ahead. Don't forget the camera to capture all those amazing memories. I too just got back from vacation, and am ready to scrapbook! I know when am I not scrapbooking.  Before going on vacation I made several new mini books, however I did not get them posted prior to leaving, so I am rolling them out today.

My Three Sons

This is a book I designed for my dear friend Jamie. Jamie has 3 sons and they are very much a football and baseball family. I had the idea to showcase her 3 boys at the same age enjoying the same sports, and graduation. You may ask why the pink if this is book is about her sons. Easy, Jamie loves bright colors and pink is one of them.  This is a 12 page, 9 3/4 x 5 1/2  skinny portfolio with pockets and tags. There is plenty of room for Jamie to journal her memories, and add fun facts about the boys. I left room so Jamie can add high school graduation pics of her younger boys  Take a look, aren't Jamie's boys so very handsome!!!

Spring is Green

This past February I traveled to the San Francisco area. Seeing all the green grass and trees inspired these "Spring is Green" collection. These books hold a lot of photo real estate, 26 4x6 photos each.

I can’t believe that Thanksgiving has come and gone and Black Friday is on!! Where does the time go?
I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving Day spending the day with family & friends, catching up with one another and eating way too much. Our Chicchelly  family is 76 strong (soon to be 77 in just a few more weeks), 47 were able to attend Thanksgiving here in Des Moines. We had all the staples of thanksgiving dinner including pasta, the annual football game and the dessert table was filled to capacity.

This year was my family’s turn to host and we all had a good time planning and hosting the day. About a month ago my Mom asked me to make address books for each of family member. She had a great idea, and I was happy to design, create and make each book by hand.
My aunts, uncles and cousins were surprised with the address books and very excited to have these one of a kind Chicchelly address books so we can keep in touch more often throughout the year.  Each book contains names, home & email addresses, phone numbers & dates of births by family.

I couldn't let a scrapbook opportunity pass me by, so I decorating each address page, using generation photos of the family, quotes a digital desighns.  The front cover lists each family name on a wine cork, and the inside cover has a picture of the castle from Ortucchio, Italy where Anthony Chicchelly was born and lived before immigrating to the U.S.

Fall Books

Hi Everyone,

Can you believe Thanksgiving is next week.!! My family is hosting Thanksgiving dinner for about 60 family members and were super busy getting ready for the big day and having a lot of fun planning. My Mom asked if I would make address books for the family, so needless to say I have been busy creating 25 books. I know a large order but definitely worth it. I'm sure the family will enjoy them especially because I have made them unique to our Italian heritage. I will post a couple of them after Thanksgiving stayed tuned.

Breast Cancer Mini scrapbook albums

Can you believe FALL is already here! Honestly Fall is the ultimate season for me. Nice crisp mornings and evenings, the smell of fireplaces starting up, and I intentionally drag my feet through the leaves, I love the sound of the crunching leaves as I walk. October is also a special month for us, it is Breast Cancer Awareness month and I like you, I also have so many dear friends and family that have been stricken with breast cancer.

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month I have created Breast Cancer mini 4x7 scrapbook albums. These unique books are specially designed for our love ones who we walk for, live for and " fight like a girl" for.

 Each scrapbook holds up to 10  4x6 photo's along with tags for notes and journals. Capture your memories of a walk, fund raisers, your loved ones all on photo safe paper. All you need is double sided tape to adhere your photo's.
